Often times to do a properly diagnose your device we will need the passcode. This ensures your device will be properly analyzed, and repaired in a manner to which we will check all other components. We're happy to provide a repair without the passcode, but you will waive any warranty given on the repair. 

We perform water damage restoration repair on most devices.

If your device is water damaged, we ask you to please power it off and do not turn it on. Please do not use rice, as it can cause further issues. The sooner you are able to come into our location, the highest the success rate of salvaging the device and or data.

We are an independent third party Apple related repair shop. We do not provide in-warranty repairs.  We are no in way affiliated with Apple.

Apple has recently announced any third party repairs no longer void the original warranty. Often times we are a better alternative than insurance or in warranty apple repairs.

We do not sell "Apple parts" - just like Apple our parts come from the same factories in China and are created using OEM specifications.

• Must be an advertised price offline or online
• Valid proof.
• Must be comparing similar quality parts, ie. Aftermarket vs OEM.

Yes often times we are able to arrange a technician come to your location, and or pick up the device for later drop off.
